All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

stock availability

Infant Tiny Steps endeavour to keep all items listed on the site in stock so we can service your order immediately. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you promptly to either organise an alternative product, place the item on urgent backorder or to organise a full refund.

If something you would like is either sold out or not available in the correct size please e-mail us and we’ll let you know when it is expected to be back in stock.

gift service

Infant Tiny Steps is happy to take all the hard work out of sending a gift. We offer a free gift wrapping service and a signature gift card for you to compose a personal message. Simply select gift wrapping and enter your message details during the checkout process. Be sure to enter the recipients address in the delivery details for a hassle free delivery.

payment options

Infant Tiny Steps accepts both credit cards and direct deposit as our payment options.

Credit card payments are securely processed by a third party payment service, Paypal. Your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). This ensures that Infant Tiny Steps never have access to your credit card details when you're ordering online.

Funds may also be deposited directly into our bank account via direct deposit. When the direct deposit option is selected during checkout your order will be placed and a confirmation email with an order ID number and our banking details will be sent to your nominated address. Please ensure that you include your ID number as the reference when depositing the funds and please email us to advise of your payment via info@tinysteps.com.au.

Please note that your order cannot be despatched until your payment has been cleared in our bank account. Payment must be received within 5 working days, to prevent your order from being cancelled.

Infant Tiny Steps delivers Australia wide using the services of Australia Post. Orders will be dispatched within two business day. A flat rate is charged for delivery when choosing either the Express or Registered postage option.

Infant Tiny Steps will deliver to overseas destinations only upon request. Please contact us on info@tinysteps.com.au for postage charges.

refunds and exchanges

Infant Tiny Steps is committed to providing you with high quality and stylish products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact us via info@tinysteps.com.au within three days of receiving your purchase to receive a return authorisation number.

Goods will only be exchanged if returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and unused. Additional delivery charges will be charged for the exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items are returned either used, soiled or damaged. It is suggested that you register your return package as Infant Tiny Steps cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as used in the original transaction. This will be completed within two business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will only be given for the value of the item, not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer.

If you have been given an unsuitable gift from Infant Tiny Steps, please contact us and we will happily exchange it for a more appropriate item of equal value.

Sale items and special customer orders are not returnable unless faulty. These types of sales are considered final.

faulty items

All items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. In the event that an item has a fault, is damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately via info@tinysteps.com.au so we can arrange for a replacement. Contact must be made within three days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit.

All goods must be returned within seven days of receipt with all original tags attached and packaging intact, to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable. However, replacement products will not incur any additional postage charges.

promotional emails

By placing an order with Infant Tiny Steps or signing up to our newsletter subscription, you authorise us to send you promotional emails from time to time. Rest assured your details will never be shared or sold to a third party. You may also unsubscribe at any time.
